that required to fulfill your orders. ny personal information you provide to us on our website, (i.e. name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and credit card information) is maintained in private files on our secure Web server and our internal systems. Your personal information will not be shared with anyone. We will not sell, rent or share your email address with others for them to send you unsolicited email.
Security

designed this site to modern security standards to maintain the security of all
information that you provide to us. We never store credit card information on
this site. Your credit card information is passed directly to our payment gateway
through a secure (SSL) connection. We use the 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL)
technology to protect the security of your online order information. SSL technology
encrypts your order information to protect it from being decoded by anyone other
than Manitou Arts. Once you enter the checkout page your computer will begin
communicating with our server in secure mode.
Shipping
At this time we are only shipping to customers in the United States. Orders
will be processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days of recieving the order.
Most orders will be shipped UPS ground which has a delivery time of between 1
and 6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We may ship low weight
packages via USPS priority mail which has an average delivery time of 3 postal
business days.
Return Policy
All purchases have a 15-day money back guarantee.
If you are returning an order paid for by credit card, we will issue a refund to the credit card account used for the original purchase (upon receipt of the returned product). If you paid by check, we will issue a check back to you at your shipping address.
To ship a product to us, carefully pack it in the original box or padded envelope, or use another box or envelope in good condition. Make a copy of your receipt and place it in the box. Please be sure to write the quantity being returned and the reason for the return. Send to:
